Meet the Artist

Hi, I’m Fionn, the creator and driving force behind Louie & Frankie Productions. For as long as I can remember, art and storytelling have been my way of making sense of the world. Growing up, I was captivated by how stories could bring people together, how a single illustration or line in a book could spark a sense of wonder or help someone feel understood. I’ve always believed that creativity has the power to connect us, to heal us, and to help us grow—and that belief is at the heart of everything we do here at Louie & Frankie Productions.

When I founded this company at just 21, I had no idea how much it would grow. What started as a children’s storybook became something so much bigger—a mission to use art and stories to help children and young adults navigate the complex emotions they experience. The name Louie & Frankie isn’t just a brand; it represents a safe, creative space where people of all ages can feel empowered to express themselves, to explore who they are, and to find strength in their own story.

My work is deeply personal. I’m inspired by the world around me and by the incredible artists and creators who use their talents to make a difference. Irish artist Maser has been a huge influence on me. His bold, vibrant, and unapologetically emotional pieces remind me of the power art has to spark change and bring people together. Like him, I want my work to speak directly to the heart—to create joy, to inspire confidence, and to remind people of the beauty within themselves.

At Louie & Frankie Productions, everything we do is about connection and community. I’ve been incredibly lucky to collaborate with inspiring organizations like Mosney Village accommodation Centre and Esker House Domestic Abuse Support. Visiting these spaces, meeting the children and families, and seeing how creativity can provide a moment of joy or a sense of escape—it’s what drives me forward. I’ve worked with local schools, GAA clubs, and youth groups, creating workshops that teach storytelling, mental well-being, and self-expression. For me, every project is a chance to make a meaningful impact, and every story is an opportunity to connect.

Art has always been my way of expressing what words sometimes can’t. Through Louie & Frankie Productions, I want to give others that same outlet. I believe that storytelling isn’t just about books or drawings—it’s about helping people find their voice, especially children and young adults who might feel like their emotions are too big or too complicated to handle. By giving them tools to process and express what they’re feeling, we’re helping to build a generation that’s not only more creative but also more compassionate and resilient.

For me, this isn’t just work—it’s a calling. When I see a child light up during a workshop, or hear from a parent about how our books have helped their family talk about emotions, it reminds me why I started Louie & Frankie Productions in the first place. This is about so much more than creating—it’s about building connections, fostering understanding, and empowering people to be their truest, happiest selves.
